PRODUCT INFORMATION

Although we endeavour to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up to date, specifications and descriptions on our website are not intended to be binding but to give you a general description of our products. Furthermore, we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on our website store. However, accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

ORDERS

By placing Orders, you agree to accept these terms and to buy it for the price indicated on the website. Purchases made through annalascata.com are made for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail to confirm the receipt of the order. This confirmation however does not mean your order has yet been accepted and that we will be able to meet your order. All prices quoted on this website are shown in Euro and are accurate at the time of publication, and where appropriate, are inclusive of VAT. In the unfortunate case of wrong pricing in the order, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel the order. All offers are without engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

PAYMENTS

When placing an order, your payment will be taken from your credit or debit card. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet your order, we will endeavour to let you know by email as soon as possible and the payment will be refunded, without hesitation, in full.

Your credit card company will charge you in your local currency at the current exchange rate. Please note that refunds will be made in Euro and Bellascata cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations. Please check our Payments page for more information.

PROMOTIONS

All promotions and offers given to you by Bellascata are valid only for use on our website unless otherwise stated and while stock lasts. Please note promotions and discounts are not to be applied to sale items. Any offers may be withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of Bellascata.

DELIVERY

Your purchase will be sent to the delivery address we received from you when ordering. Please note that if your delivery address is outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties. Anna Lascata takes care of the general duties. In case you are subject to additional import duties, you must meet any additional charges for custom clearance.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

You always have the right to return your purchase for refund or exchange within 15 calendar days calculated from the day following the delivery of the goods. The easiest way to exercise your right of return is to simply fill the return form attached in your parcel and return the goods to us before the withdrawal period of 15 days has expired . Return requests will not be accepted after this period.

For products which are faulty or not to the standard that you expect then please contact us by email customerservice@annalascata.com or by telephone on +31 (0)30 241 0479 and we will endeavour to correct the problem as quickly as possible.

JURISDICTION

Dutch law shall govern all agreements concluded under the terms of these conditions. Any dispute relating in any way arising to your visit to annalascata.com, to the products you purchase through annalascata.com or to the extend you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Bellascata’s  intellectual property rights, shall be settled to the competent court in Utrecht. Nothing in this user agreement affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
